Salute for NCD team

CONGRATULATIONS to National Capital District (NCD) Governor Powes Parkop.
I salute your leadership and urge you to continue with the tremendous job you have been doing for our National Capital District, the central part of Papua New Guinea.
Through your humble leadership the Central of the country will prosper well.
I also salute the leaderships of Minister John Kaupa and Minister Justin Tkatchenko for being willing and able to work with our governor.
I also salute the former prime minister, Sir Mekere Morauta, for leaving his political differences aside and joining hands with the NCD team for the good of all our people.
That is true leadership.
