10pc to churches unconstitutional

TEN per cent of the national budget going towards God’s work is unconstitutional and unscriptural according to law and God’s word.
There is no scripture that says 10 per cent (tithes) of the national budget should go towards God’s work through the churches.
The nation of Israel never gave the 10 per cent of its national budget to Jesus Christ when he was here on earth.
Jesus enjoyed every blessings from people who were around him during his earthly ministry to save mankind. If this idea is a political game ball to score points, then discard God in this matter.
The law has to be made that every PNG citizen must pay 10 per cent of their income as tithes and first harvest to God, to see the blessings of God.
God will only bless a person who knows how to give tithes, offering, or 10 per cent of their income and first fruit from their harvest.
If the person is blessed than country is blessed.
If the country is blessed, then the Government is blessed by God.
