Magistrate Danny Wakikura read the charge to Michael Kawale of Dom village, Sinesine in Chimbu for killing Melchisedec Faiparik and adjourned the case to May 26.

It is alleged that four guards grabbed Faiparik and drove off.
He did not return home that night.
On Nov 19, a search party was organised by Faiparik’s family.
On Nov 23, the parents were shocked to find Faiparik’s body in the Port Moresby General Hospital mortuary.
