Manwau commits K30,000 to students

WEWAK MP Dr Moses Manwau has committed more than K30,000 towards the East Sepik Students Association at the Divine Word University in Madang to help with their plans for the Boram Hospital in Wewak later this year.
Manwau told the students during a fundraiser dinner at the Madang Resort Hotel recently that two cheques worth K31,000 would be drawn.
He said K10,000 would be for the students while K21,000 would be given to them to buy necessities for the hospital’s maternity wing.
Meanwhile, Manwau challenged the students to unite the nation instead of creating problems.
