Mission appoints new execs

THE Seventh-Day Adventist church in PNG conducted its 14th quinquennial business session at Kabiufa Adventist Secondary School, Goroka, at the beginning of this month.
In a statement released from the union mission head office in Lae last week, the church formally announced the appointment of the new president.
“The executive committee of the South Pacific division and the governing body of the SDA church in the South Pacific region appointed Pr Joseph Talipuan as the new president, general-secretary Pr Leigh Rice, assistant secretary Pr Blasius Managos, chief financial officer Solomon Agdon and assistant treasurer Joshua Wambille,” it said.
