Swedish company interested in assisting PNG drillers

SWEDISH drilling company,Global Drillers, has expressed interest in providing drilling services to local  drilling companies.
Global Drillers CEO Torbjorn Rinzen visited the PNG booth at the mines and money conference (June 15-16) in Beijing, China, and expressed his interest to officers of the Mineral Resources Authority (MRA) who participated in the conference to promote PNG’s mineral potential.
Rinzen said his company provided services in the areas of training, staffing and consulting.
 He said their services were based on extensive experience from mining projects around the world.
The company is owned and run by a network of geologists, drillers and equipment suppliers, with management holding significant experience in the mineral resources sector.
MRA officer-in-charge Philip Samar told Global Drillers that the MRA would be happy to assist the company by way of connecting them (Global Drillers) with interested drillers and drilling companies in PNG.
The MRA’s participation at the conference was to promote PNG’s mineral sector and also attract mining investors to PNG.
