Second time lucky for student who goes home with K250

A PRIMARY school student in Mt Hagen is K250 richer after winning The National Masthead Money competition.
Cyndirita Kombati, 16, is a grade 8 student at Tarangau Primary School in Western Highlands.
She loves reading the newspaper as part of her reading lesson.
She read about the competition and decided to try her luck.
She was unsuccessful in her first attempt but was lucky in her second.
Her father, Livai, said Cyndirita loved to read The National and would go through the whole paper.
He himself and his wife also love reading the popular daily.
