WITNESS

This is the drain behind the Boroko post office in Port Moresby. It is filled with all sorts of rubbish and the stench is overwhelming. It is very unhygienic and an eyesore for people passing by, residents and business houses that are located nearby. NCDC should engage a contractor to clean all the drains in Port Moresby for the good health of everyone in the city.
