The National, Monday 06th Febuary 2012

DAME Carol Kidu has made a very bold and honourable decision to take over the role of opposition leader.
While her male counterparts embroil themselves in the fight for power and glory, our only women parliamentarian has taken it on herself to move to the opposition bench as the sole opposition MP.
Her move ought to bring our male chauvinists to their senses that women can make sensible and honourable decisions in the midst of political and governance adversities.
Congratulations, Dame Carol Kidu.
You deserve to get re-elected to parliament again come the national election in June.
I don’t think you should hang up your gloves.
