Regulate rentals

THE rental charge in a compound in Port Moresby is not worth it.
A two bedroom unit has no wardrobe, no bathroom mirror, no standard oven with stove, no monthly maintenance, pests, no couch or dining chairs and most importantly, no fire extinguisher to use in times of fire.
One wonders how the building board approved all these houses to be built next to each other and without fire extinguishers.
Please provide the essential common goods we need that is worth our money, including the fire extinguisher.
