Clarification about secretary needed

I SEEK clarification from the Public Service Minister on the prolonged suspension of Commerce and Industry Department secretary, for over 15 months without any decision to date.
He needs to be reinstated if there is no prima facie case against him.
The alleged offences of sexually molesting a married women without her consent at work is serious and the public needs to know the outcome.
The public needs to know the decision for the comfort of our mothers, sisters and daughters at their workplaces.
