Law does not allow homosexuality

Letters

WHY are we seeing an increase in the number of homosexuals in Papua New Guinea?
PNG is a Christian country that discourages homosexuality.
However, the number of same-sex relationships are increasing and that can be seen in our communities.
Our law does not allow that.
Even though we have rights and freedoms to do whatever we want, whatever we do should be done according to the law.
If you are caught practising homosexuality and get beaten up and humiliated then what grounds will you stand on to defend yourself?
Think wise and practise your democratic rights.

  • If the practice was incorrect, illegal and ungodly Parliament would have debated and argued in the very first instant the practice came to light.
Recall the British Parliament arguing about children bringing children where 10 year old to 15 year olds were having unprotected sex and females getting pregnant.
Your view is very important and hope it will excite others to take the matter further.
