THE traffic lights in Waigani right before the Independence Boulevard in Port Moresby goes out almost every month leaving motorists to find their own way to reach their destinations.
Traffic officers attend to this once in a while.
The cause of the continuous outage is still unknown.
Yesterday, the lights went out again and there was no control.
