Change health authority chief

Letters

THE Eastern Highlands Provincial Health Authority board has reappointed the current chief executive officer for an indefinite period after his four-year term ended.
It is unsure whether he was appointed as acting or substantive to the position.
The board has not listened to the cries of the stakeholders who contributed heavily to the health system in Eastern Highlands.
The calls from the depressed health workers and the landowners for a change have fallen on deaf ears.
The health system in Eastern Highlands will definitely be in limbo if the health workers, especially doctors and nurses, decide to leave the province.
Where is our governor and the MPs of this province?
We want a new CEO immediately if you want us to vote you back to parliament.
This is our immediate problem that needs to be solved.
