Man charged with damaging vehicle

 A MAN charged with the wilful damage of a vehicle appeared before Magistrate Cosmas Bidar at the Waigani Committal Court yesterday.

Bruce Naru, from Yalu, Huon Gulf, Morobe, is alleged to have wilfully damaged the front and rear wind screens and interior mirror of a vehicle belonging to a woman in East Boroko, National Capital District, on Oct 19. 

The damage was estimated at K5,145. 

Bidar told Naru police were still investigating the alleged incident. 

Naru is out on a K1,000 bail.

He will appear for mention on Nov 28.
