PNG Air flights to Hoskins, West New Britain will end on Monday following instructions from the Pandemic Controller.
According to a statement, stranded passengers with confirmed bookings who wish to travel in and out of WNB are advised to rebook flights for travel only from now to Monday.
Flights will be restricted until the lockdown ends on Jan 22.
Passengers travelling out of the province will need to take a rapid Covid-19 test at the designated testing health locations – Bialla, Kimbe and Hoskins before their flights.
Check-in will not take place unless a negative rapid negative test result is sighted by the PNG Air check-in staff.
Passenger boarding passes will only be issued upon presenting of a negative test result.
