Airstrip needs maintenance

I RECENTLY visited an airfield that was once the busiest business hub for the mountain people of Olsobip, Western.
It used to be a patrol post and was elevated to a sub-district.
This post is now downgraded to a council ward.
The airstrip served many nearby communities but hasn’t been maintained well.
We would like to serve these remote areas but most of the times, our service is hampered by the lack of airstrip maintenance.
We are requesting our local and national leaders to step in and help maintain this airstrip.
It will be a good investment because the airstrip will boost business activities and service delivery.
