Alcohol is for those ready to die

 THE Bible says that those who drink strong drinks, including alcoholic drinks, are not wise and are foolish. I support any move to control this scourge of society in any form or measure. The Bible says that people are deceived by strong drinks. How many alcoholics have become poor because of this bad habit and how many families have suffered as a result of it? How many traffic accidents have happened because of this evil habit and how many are now maimed or crippled? Drunkards seem to lose their conscience and seem to think that the society owes them free beers. “Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts” (Proverb 31:6). The Bible really says that strong drinks are for those who are ready to die.
