Allow tax returns for schools

Letters

THE stop by the current government on Internal Revenue Commission (IRC) Goods and Services Tax returns to schools throughout the country does not live up to the mantra of the richest black nation in the Pacific at all.
There is no sense as to why the dream of taking back the country was dearly published at the first place?
Schools who went through all the formalities to be registered with the IRC must be allowed to be paid their dues.
The IRC is a government agency and should be there to bring and support change and development aspects and agendas of this country and schools are part and parcel as such.
The Goods and Services Tax returns is a very good initiative schools could utilise to improve standards in all levels.
The Marape-Rosso Government must remove this blockade and allow schools who have already registered to be paid their Goods and Services Tax returns whilst those who have not done so must get themselves registered.
