Allow transparency in coffee industry

OVER 40 years since independence, I wonder if there is a roadmap done by the Department of Agriculture and Livestock (DAL) or Coffee Industry Corporation (CIC) to show all production costs and benefit sharing formulas of the coffee industry; from growing, maintenance, processing and export by various partners in the industry.
A clear understanding of risk-related costs and the pricing structure would determine if there are incentives for growers to support the current output from 700 plus bags to the 3 million bags target announced by the prime minister.
There is no need to reintroduce failed schemes.
The challenge now is to allow transparency in the industry.
