IN order to get the attention of the organisation, I hereby write to express my disappointment and frustration over a transaction which took place in March.
A transaction was made on March 18 through internet Banking with an amount of K550.
However, the transaction has never reached the beneficiary and after several follow up’s with the bank, we were advised that funds were sent back to Westpac International Department which will be debited to the account.
The interesting story is, up until today the reply is still the same.
I am already frustrated and I wonder if the bank officials truly know their jobs.
Can someone within the bank assist as the matter has prolonged, for more than six months with the same reply?
