Apology

We inadvertently ran a picture of Institute of National Affairs executive director Paul Barker on The National website on March 7, alongside a story which had nothing to do with him.
The image was deleted as soon as we were alerted to the mistake.
We apologize to Barker for any inconvenience or embarrassment it may have caused him.
