Appointment of Simbu admin

THE Simbu provincial administrator’s post created a lot of tensions between the provincial government and the Department of Public Service Management.
I support the provincial government that Joe Kunda should be appointed.
He has to finish the good work he started and his good work is evident in the implementation of service delivery and impact projects.
Don’t make the appointment a political one. It should be based on merit.
