Are we honest enough?

 THE chancellor of the University of Technology, Ralph Saulep, said recently that there are many Papua New Guineans who are qualified to be the vice-chancellor. That is quite true but we are good at stealing money from the poor so I would prefer if the position goes to Dr Albert Schram. Why discriminate when we are not honest enough to handle the job and the funds?
