Authorities need to strengthen TFF policy

 BEFORE schools get operational, policy highlighting the uses of TFF must be versed to the school boards. 

I believe there are several instances where board members and head teachers are going out of the reserved purposes of the policy and doing unacceptable practices. 

This is a wake-up call for the government to look into this and come up with a workable strategy to fully facilitate in this respect.

Some school boards act as if they own the school account. 

There is also slackness is provincial education authorities. 

The government needs to give a plain direction to the school boards on their roles and responsibilities in regards to TFF. 

There are some school boards who take care of school funds with total care in wise management. 

They should be commended accordingly. 

As a result of mismanagement, a lot of schools have shut down.

The government is funding the institutions again and the same old problem pops up again.
