Bad business practice

 IN the business world a dishonoured cheque would have big questions raised about the integrity of the company. So for the sake of good business practice, never write a cheque in the first place when there are insufficient funds. Finance Minister James Marape can boast about Government’s ability to control finances and tell PNG not to panic. Fortunately, these cheques were drawn to little people and contractors.
