Bank names director

WAVIE Kendino, pictured, is one of the new directors of Micro Bank (MiBank), chief executive officer Tony Westaway announced on Wednesday.
Kendino is a senior associate with Dentons based in Port Moresby.
She has a broad range of finance, corporate and commercial law experience and has assisted in advising financial institutions, the Papua New Guinea government, Central Bank, State-owned enterprises and corporates and non-government organisations on a range of transactions, projects and matters.
