Better life with coffee and cocoa

A TRAINING of trainers programme was conducted in Lae last week by the productive partnership in agriculture project (PPAP), with the aim of improving the livelihood of people through investments in coffee and cocoa.
Participants in the three-level training programme included project managers and coordinators, representatives from cooperatives, extension officers and private trainers from all coffee and cocoa commodity partnerships in Morobe, Eastern Highlands and Madang.
Trainer and World Bank officer Johnston Riven said the important thing that had been missing was extension work.
