A LOCAL foundation has donated K20,000 to the Tsak Lutheran Bible College in Wapenamanda, Enga, to complete its infrastructure construction and other developments.
The Warenge Komba Foundation Inc is a community-based organisation that helps alleviate poverty, facilitates economic activities, improves health and education facilities and facilitates infrastructure developments in the Tsak local level government.
The foundation also invests in human resources development and motivates youths and women to be involved in development activities.
Secretary Langa Kopio said the foundation acted as bridge between the people of Tsak LLG and the government.
“Though this, the government can extend its role of service delivery through the foundation’s established mechanisms to the rural areas in Tsak and Wapenamanda district,” he said.
“WKF is ready to assist in such developments to promote the good work of God and other activities that would help promote peace and order and improve the lives of the Tsak people.”
