Bill not fair on public servants

EAST Sepik Governor Allan Bird and the other MPs who voted against the Public Service Bill are the leaders that are accountable to their people and not for their own interest.
Why should our politicians and the Government deny the basic rights of its citizens?
Each and every citizen of this nation has the constitutional right to participate in the political process of our country.
They have a right to employment.
It appears the law is in favour of those who know they can’t compete well in the next elections.
