IT has come to appoint where clients in Wewak and Maprik are frustrated at the inefficiency of cargo handling from Lae. One common factor is manpower shortage. How can one person be everywhere at once, attending to clients’ queries and at the same time supervise the unloading of cargo? This makes clients frustrated and they would end up giving their business to a competitor. Please do not disappoint your customers and live up to your motto of “Be sharp, be smart, Ship Bismark”. Can the management employ some more personnel at Wewak port to avoid further delay and prompt delivery of cargo?
