Bmobile says integration of scratch cards a ‘significant milestone’

Business

BMOBILE has announced another significant milestone where customers can now top up with scratch cards (TopKad and RaitKad).
“Previously, if you were a bmobile RediSim user (numbers starting with 75 or 76), you had to purchase a TopKad to top up your phone,” the company said in a statement.
“If you were a bmobile Blue Sim user (number begining with 78), then you needed a RaitKad to top up.”
Bmobile said RediSim or Blue Sim customers can now top up their phone using either a TopKad or a RaitKad.
National marketing manager Devan Kula described the integration as an engineering feat – one that had taken a mammoth effort on the part of the company’s technical teams.
He said this was a step in the right direction for the company and would improve the user experience of bmobile customers, helping to alleviate potential confusion in the market regarding the scratch card top up options.
He said as long as a customer had a bmobile number, he or she could now top up using either TopKad or RaitKad.

  • What an engineering feat? Why boast about a mere software manipulation to direct your system to accept both cards?
