THE Independence Boulevard in Waigani, Port Moresby, should be closed.
This is because of the multiple accidents that has happened there.
The boulevard has traffic lights that are not working and motorists move at their own will.
This is risky.
It is not necessary to connect Waigani Drive to the Parliament House.
