BSP continues partnership with POM Racquets Club

Sports

SPORTS and Social development are key areas in which Bank South Pacific Financial Group Limited (BSP) supports and gives back to communities across Papua New Guinea.
As such, the bank is happy to support one of its long-time partners, the Port Moresby Racquets Club.
Bank brand ambassador and now-retired PNG Kumul David Mead visited club executives and young players in the lead-up to the Aug 12-14 Squash and Tennis Open.
“I’ve always had support at the community level,” the 33-year-old Brisbane Broncos legend said.
“That has made me push forward and realise my sporting dreams.
“It is inspiring to see BSP continue this partnership with the club.
“Such support enables athletes to excel and achieve positive outcomes at all levels in sports.
“It is great to see the bank investing in development programmes to up-skill and develop talented athletes.
“With that being said, I am proud to be part of BSP and present K10,000 towards the signage renewal and the Squash and Tennis Open.”
The bank has invested in multiple sports programmes, including PNG Swimming Incorporated, junior golf, Rabaul schools rugby league and award-winning initiative, BSP School Kriket.
Club president Tim Kriebisch thanked the bank for its continued support over the years.
