BSP director Jeffery resigns

 BANK South Pacific has announced the resignation of company director John Jeffery last week.

BSP board chairman Kostas Constantinou said that it was  with great sadness that the board had received Jeffery’s resignation.

Jeffery has been a member of the board since the merger of BSP and PNGBC in 2002.

Constantinou pointed out that Jeffery had contributed immensely over the years to the successful growth and development of BSP, both as a director and in his role as chairman of the board audit and risk compliance committee.

On behalf of all shareholders and directors, Constantinou thanked Jeffery for his many years of dedicated service to BSP.
