BSP Finance helping SME clients drive away happy

BANK South Pacific (BSP) Finance has assisted many people develop their businesses since its establishment in 2015.
Lopa Alua, a lending officer with the bank’s Lae branch, said BSP Finance had assisted many small and medium-sized enterprises and corporate clients.
Alua was speaking on Friday during the handing over of a truck to Madang businessman Bobbies Karbain.
Karbain, 46, from Bak village in Bogia, Madang, had applied for a loan to buy the vehicle.
“Since our establishment in 2015, we have assisted a lot of SMEs and corporate clients in many parts of the country,” Alua said.
“Our loan products have very competitive interest rates – from 13.5 per cent to 30 per cent depending on the nature of risks.
“Our terms are up to 60 months and depends on the types of assets the clients are applying for.
“Our rates are in fact much lower than other finance companies.”
Karbain, through his company, thanked BSP Finance for approving his loan by purchasing the vehicle.
The truck was financed by BSP Finance at a cost of K124,000.
