Building materials

IT is surprising to see building materials which were labelled for Siassi district, ended up at Nawaeb district.
This building at a primary school in Nawaeb was supposed to be a nice building at Siassi.
Why such mistakes are entertained by so called leaders of the day?
Maybe the provincial authorities are very good in sharing developments among its districts.
If this is so, then let the Morobeans know such changes.
It’s very confusing, someone clarify please.
