Bureaucrats not performing

 I AGREE with Chief Secretary Isaac Lupari that our bureaucrats and senior managers of government entities are not performing to the high levels expected of them. Papua New Guinea has an increasing number of highly qualified professionals but are those employed by the government departments and state owned entities performing? Take a look at the private sector where some of our qualified men and women are working tirelessly and producing results. There are several professionals leading SOEs and government departments who are definitely producing results.
