Businesses fail because of poor time management: Ralda

MOST business failures are caused by people who do not know how to budget their time, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs Cooperation (SMEC) managing director Petrus Ralda says.
“One of God’s biggest blessings to the people is time and the eight hours in a day could be well planned if they want to see change,” he said.
Speaking at a Small Medium Enterprise Corporation (SMEC) two-week training certificate presentation to 40 participants in Anglimp-Waghi’s Polga village last week, Ralda told the participants to use time wisely to progress. “In businesses, you have to plan and then change from your past lives because you are looking at doing something new in life.
“SMEC is here to help you change, see the real meaning of life and the trainings you received are part of discipline and life changing,” he said.
Ralda said SMEC was targeting the 80 per cent of the rural population to become business owners.
“We are also targeting people in ward levels because we want to breed successful businessmen and women for the country,” he said.
