FEMALE students at the Busu Secondary School in Lae, Morobe, have a new ablution block.
It was officially opened on Wednesday, March 27.
School principal George Noble described the facility as “well advanced with special rooms for students with disabilities”.
“There is a well advanced insulator installed with 20 toilets, four shower rooms, and also there is a toilet for students with disabilities.
“Such ablution block is one of a kind, classy and very modern,” Noble said.
The ablution block was built at a cost of K500,000, funded by the provincial government.
Green Energy Engineering was contracted to deliver the project.
“I would like to thank the Morobe government for the funding and Green Energy for delivering a quality project on time.
“I also appreciate the cooperation of the school board and management, students, teachers, and parents and citizens for making this dream come true,” Noble said.
