Carefully plan, fund Sir Michael institute

THE proposed memorial institute of Grand Chief Sir Michael Somare in Wewak, East Sepik, should be carefully planned, designed and constructed with a total project cost of K 2.4 billion.
The school should include both science and social science courses.
The institute should include six faculties and seven amenities such as school of education, health, economics, business, engineering, aviation, military forces, population, climate change, transport, innovation, technology, computing, infrastructures, medicines, environmental science, governance and leadership management.
Only students with high Grade 12 grade point average should be enrolled first.
The first intake should be Sepik students.
