CEO: Digital platform vital

BRIAN Bell Group’s acquisition of Orange Digital is important for its business as digital platforms play a major part in businesses, chief executive officer Cameron Mackellar says.
Brian Bell recently acquired Orange Digital, an Australian website design and digital marketing agency.
Mackellar said the group had a long-term view and would look to grow the digital marketing business over time.
“This is the groups’ first foreign investment and an important one as digital platforms play a major part in most businesses these days,” Mackellar said.
“The Orange Digital acquisition was our first acquisition for many years and our first foreign investment ever.
“It’s very early days but we, like with all of our investments, take a long term view and will look to grow this business over time.
“We are delighted with the team and the business (Orange Digital),” he said.
