Chairman appointed

 MELANESIAN Trustee Services Ltd has appointed Robert Igara (pictured) as the new executive chairman of MTSL and Pacific Balance Fund.

MTSL chairman John Sanday said Igara had served in government departments and his experience was needed to drive one of the board’s new strategic plans.

“The board of MTSL and PBF recently adopted a five year strategic direction and plan … Igara will provide the much needed leadership required to implement the new strategic direction and plan,” Sanday said.

Igara is the chairman of Finance Corporation Ltd (FinCorp) and a director of Innovative Agro-Industry Ltd.
