Chimbus proud of Lions

 THE Digicel Cup grand final match between the Agmark Gurias and TNA Lions ended on high note and kudos to the Gurias for winning the cup.Both teams displayed some style footy keeping the big crowd, which was dominated by Lions fans, on their toes. The Lions have come a long way to finish PNG’s premier rugby league competition as the runner up, which means a lot to their ardent supporters and the sponsor, coach and team management. The Lion’s appearance in the grand final has also restored lost pride and confidence of the people of Chimbu in this sporting code. If the Lions had minimised their ball handling errors and concentrated on their game plan, the final result could have been different. To the TNA Lions players, coach and team management, we salute you all for making the people of Chimbu proud once again in the greatest game of all.
