CAN the National Capital District Commission do something about the many small and filthy markets that sell items such as lamb flaps, sheep tongue as well as fuel and oil that littering the city roads and streets, especially in Erima, Five, Six and Seven mile areas? These markets are eyesores and being run by certain ethnic groups who have no respect for the laws. It’s time for City Hall to start cleaning up these filthy places.
