Civil servants worst culprits

 IT is good to read that Finance Minister Marape is addressing the issue on ‘PNG Time’ attitude (The National, Jan 6). Obviously he is not the first person to address this issue. 

May I suggest that Marape stop talking and start acting proactively to solve this cancerous problem. 

Start with the government departments as they are the worst.

If a survey was conducted at every gambling outlet such as horse racing and pokies, you’d be surprised what percentage of the customers are public servants.
