Staff of Colgate around the world have taken the challenge of getting active, eating healthy and having fun.
This year’s theme is “What moves you” to engage in a healthy activity.
The goal for every Colgate person is to continue to improve their health and well-being.
Colgate Palmolive remains true to its commitment to care for its people, therefore, the “Live better” initiative offers an opportunity to make healthier choices, eat better, become fit and reduce stress.
Last Thursday, as part of the “Live better” programme, more than 60 Colgate Palmolive PNG Ltd staff in Lae took part in a clean-a-thon from Huon Gulf Motel, along Markham Road to Voco Point, up Seagull Street and returning back to the company’s office.
“Many of our staff and families travel this route for work, school and day-to-day activities, we thought to do our part for a healthier, cleaner environment,” retail marketing manager Rhoda Mojica said.
“If we approach our personal health and well-being (including being aware our environment) with the same energy and dedication that we bring to work, we can all live better and healthier lives, after all, everyone deserves a future they can smile about.”
