Masking business
Great to see so many locals sewing masks of various sizes and colours and selling them around town. Whether the masks have been approved by health authorities, as they are supposed to, is another matter.
All masked
Kudos to the city residents who have all been wearing masks, and the shops’ management for enforcing the rules.
Mask for faces
By the way, why do some still call them face masks? Are there masks for other parts of the body? Seriously
The curse
An angry Broncos fan thinks he has found the “curse” behind the team’s losses – Allan Langer. He may be a legend but Langer seems to be spending so much time running with the team in the middle of the field shouting out orders as if the captain does not exist. Langer may be confusing players more, than helping them. There can be no other explanation.
What they think
Rugby league great Phil Gould: “Sharks too good. When game was on the line they lifted. Broncos? When game was on the line they wilted. No getting away from it.”
Braith Anasta: “They’ve (Broncos) forgotten how to win. They had it in the bag.”
Thought for today
Life goes by so quickly. One day you can feel great, and the next day broken. The Covid-19 teaches us to appreciate the little things. Nothing is permanent. So be thankful for your blessings
