Forex down
Those sending money overseas as Christmas nears are closely monitoring the forex fluctuations. Everything seems to pointing downwards. Disappointing.
Two lists
Look closely at the lists of MPs supplied by the Government and Opposition and you see names you thought were on the other side. Politics make strange bedfellows indeed.
Magani Road
Those frequenting Magani Road behind Parliament will have to exercise caution at least for the next couple of days because of tightened security in that area.
Santa Claus
It is 24 days to Christmas and we wonder whether Father Christmas will turn up this year wearing a face mask and also forced to practise social distancing and washing his hands like we all have been doing since March. Is he immune to the Covid-19?
Clean drains

Free world
One motel in the capital city is named after a former US President. No patent required obviously. It’s indeed a free world.
Out of stock
That imported beer with a name similar to the latest virus and had been quite popular here in the past eight months is out of stock – even at around K60 for a six-pack.
Food for thought
Your past has no power over you unless you replay your bad experiences in your mind. Forgive yourself and forgive others. Let it go. Let it be healed and let it be now.
Top quote
“Discipline is choosing what you want now and what you want most.” – US President Abraham Lincoln.
