220 in a month
We have already recorded 220 Covid-19 cases in February alone, the highest in any month so far. And people including public servants are still not wearing masks. Such arrogance.
Big difference
One mobile network is selling 1GB data for K6 over three days. The other network used to sell the same for K15 but has replaced it with a K20 1.5GB data over the three days. Still a big difference.
Traffic jam
Yesterday in this column, a taxi driver suggested that a road be opened from Rainbow Estate through Wildlife to Morata to ease the daily rush-hour traffic jams from Eight-Mile to Erima. Today, a reader suggests opening up the road from ATS market through the back of ATS barracks to the ExxonMobil office, saying sealing this road will cost less than K10 million. “What’s the point of building K117m and K63m roads in Moresby North East while the bottleneck causing the traffic jam at Erima is not rectified?” Good point.
